As a Student Support Assistant, you will collaborate closely with teachers to provide essential support to students, helping them access the resources they need to succeed both academically and socially. You will play a vital role in supporting each child’s growth and helping maintain a safe and encouraging atmosphere in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with diverse educational needs.
* Assist with classroom activities, ensuring all students are actively involved.
* Build positive relationships with students, supporting their emotional and social development.
* Help create an inclusive classroom where every child can flourish.
* Work alongside teachers to monitor and track student progress.
* Offer general classroom assistance, ensuring students’ needs are met throughout the school day.
