Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the school’s SENCO, safeguarding team, and external agencies (such as youth justice services) to develop individualized support plans for at-risk children.
* Monitor and track the progress of children’s behaviour, attendance, and engagement, providing regular updates to teachers, parents, and relevant support staff.
* Deliver targeted interventions focused on restorative justice, positive behaviour reinforcement, and conflict resolution.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with children, helping them to develop trust and resilience.
* Support the school in maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with children, parents, and staff.
* A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and positively.
* A relevant qualification or experience in social work, criminology, psychology, or youth justice (e.g., degree or volunteer work with young people).
* A commitment to promoting inclusion, safeguarding, and positive behaviour management in the school setting.
* Knowledge of restorative justice practices and trauma-informed approaches (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to commute to Filton, South Gloucestershire.
