We are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant – Psychology Graduate to join a lovely school in Leatherhead. You will play a key role in supporting students with a range of educational needs, ensuring they receive the best learning experience tailored to their abilities. Key Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant – Psychology Graduate- Leatherhead:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
* Assist in implementing personalized learning plans, adapting materials as needed
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
* Help track students’ progress and offer feedback to teachers
* Work closely with the SENCo and other staff to ensure effective learning strategies
Qualifications & Skills of a SEN Teaching Assistant – Psychology Graduate- Leatherhead:
* A degree in Psychology (or related field)
* Experience with SEN students is a plus, but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
