Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting students with a tailored curriculum, focusing on key skills and functional learning.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.
* Working with small groups (6-8 students) with varying abilities to promote social, emotional, and academic development.
* Collaborating with therapists, mental health professionals, and SEN staff to deliver targeted interventions.
* Helping students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other special educational needs thrive in a positive learning environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Criminology, Health and Social Care, or related fields (or equivalent SEN experience).
* A keen interest in mental health, Autism, and supporting children with SEN.
* Strong commitment to working with children facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Ideally, a local candidate based near Baldock for easy commute.
* Passionate about pursuing a career in psychology or educational support.
