Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across different year groups/subjects as needed.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all pupils feel supported.
* Follow school policies and procedures to provide continuity in teaching and learning.
* Work closely with fellow staff to support students’ academic and personal development.
* Quickly build rapport with students and staff to ensure a seamless transition in the classroom.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with UK experience (preferred but not essential).
* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
