What’s expected from you as a Teaching assistant in Merthyr Tydfil!
You are expected to support the Teacher in the classroom and help deliver successful lessons to the pupils. Being comfortable to work with small groups of children and even in a 1 to 1 setting is desirable. Additionally, being empathetic and understanding of the pupils is vital to ensure a great classroom environment!
