Year 3 Teacher – Mainstream Primary School – Tower Hamlets

Are you a passionate educator looking to inspire and support children in Year 3? We are working with a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets that is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2. You will deliver engaging lessons across the core subjects (English, Maths, Science), helping students develop strong academic foundations while fostering their social and emotional growth.

Position Details:

Location: Tower Hamlets, East London

Position: Year 3 Teacher – Mainstream Primary School

* Plan and deliver engaging and original lessons that align with the National Curriculum for Year 3.
* Support students in developing necessary literacy and numeracy skills to guarantee a smooth transition into Key Stage 2 learning.
* Create a nurturing classroom environment that deeply supports all students' academic success as well as self-improvement.
* Consistently evaluate and closely monitor student progress, while offering targeted support to address diverse individual learning needs.
* Collaborate with many colleagues, including several teaching assistants and the SENCO, to guarantee a well-rounded learning experience.

Wide-ranging experience teaching in KS2, particularly in Year 3, is highly desirable. A solid comprehension of the core subjects and how they progress during Key Stage 2. A commitment to supporting each child's learning adventure reflects a strong passion for education.
