The Role:

This primary School SENCO/ Inclusion manager role will entail you to support the Headteacher in ensuring that all staff recognises the importance of planning their lessons in ways which will encourage the active participation, learning and achievement of all pupils.

You will be supporting the schools aims and policies, the development and implementations of SEN, EAL and Gifted and Talented policies in order to raise achievement and improve the quality of the education provided

This SENCO/ Inclusion roles has no classroom attachments.

Please note that the SENCO qualification is not essential for this role but you must hold QTS and have experience as a SENCo or are a primary or SEN Teacher aspiring to become a SENCo.
