✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) – Essential
✅ Proven experience in teaching Design Technology at KS4 & KS5
✅ Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
✅ A passion for innovation, creativity, and student success
✅ Ability to inspire and mentor both students and staff
