There is genuinely excellent earning potential with the projected OTE in Year 1 being £34,000 and Year 2 being £40,000. The role will include:
* Searching for and contacting suitable candidates from online job boards
* Placing job advertisements
* Face to face and phone interviews
* Putting together candidate profiles, suitable for schools
* Ensuring CV's are correct
* Liaising with our central compliance team
* Outbound and inbound calls
* Canvassing for new business and servicing existing clients
* Attending client meetings to solidify ongoing relationships
