Teaching Assistants Required – Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Salary: NJC Grade 4-5 (SCP 4-8; actual £20,201-£21,180 per annum) based on experience
Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week, term-time only) or part-time (hours negotiable)

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school catering to students with a wide range of learning difficulties and complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties.

About the Role:

* Work within a supportive classroom team to assist students with diverse learning needs.
* Provide tailored support to help students engage, communicate, and thrive.
* Assist in creating a nurturing and structured learning environment.
* Receive ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience or a keen interest in working with children with special educational needs.
✔ A positive and patient approach to supporting students.
✔ Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated classroom team.

Working Hours:

* Full-time: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5:00 PM on Tuesdays).
* Part-time: Flexible hours available – please specify availability when applying.
