As a KS2 Teacher, you will inspire and challenge students across the core subjects (English, Maths, Science), fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth in a nurturing environment. Position: KS2 Teacher – Mainstream Primary School
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the core subjects, tailored to meet the needs of Lower or Upper KS2 students depending on preference.
* Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all students’ academic progress, social development, and emotional well-being.
* Assess and track student progress, providing targeted support and differentiation to meet individual learning needs.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCO, to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
* Create and implement lesson plans that align with the National Curriculum while engaging students with diverse learning styles.
Experience:
Previous experience teaching KS2 students in a primary school setting is essential. A strong understanding of the core subjects and their progression through Lower or Upper Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
