Aspiring Primary Teacher

Academics are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school in Lewes. You will be instrumental in supporting the learning and growth of primary school children, working alongside teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities of an Aspiring Primary Teacher:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and enhancing students' learning experiences.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring extra assistance.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies.
* Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources to facilitate learning.
* Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings when required.

Requirements of an Aspiring Primary Teacher:

* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and, colleagues.
