Experience with children or vulnerable adults is highly valued. This role is particularly suited to graduates with degrees in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling who are looking to gain practical experience in a rewarding educational setting.

The school prides itself on small class sizes to ensure students receive personalised attention, fostering meaningful connections between staff and pupils. With a strong focus on inclusion and restorative approaches, the school promotes positive behavioural choices through therapeutic and holistic interventions.
