Role Responsibilities:
📚 As the Head of English you will provide professional leadership for the English faculty, ensuring alignment with the academy’s improvement plans.
📚 Lead the strategic development of the faculty, fostering a high-achieving and engaging learning environment.
📚 Take direct leadership and accountability for at least one curriculum area within the faculty based on expertise and need.
📚 The Head of English will ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and student progress across all key stages.
📚 Collaborate with staff and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
