Your Role:
As a Cover Teacher, you will ensure continuity in students’ learning by delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
* Creating a positive and structured learning environment
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Providing constructive feedback on lesson outcomes and student progress
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Adaptability to teach across various subjects and age groups
* A passion for education and supporting student achievement
* Previous teaching experience or QTS is preferred but not essential
