Are you a dedicated and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Two primary schools in Ellesmere Port and Wirral are seeking a TA to provide one-to-one learning support. This rewarding role will be scheduled for Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible.Location: Ellesmere Port & Wirral
Working Hours: 8:30 - 3:30
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored one-to-one support to students to enhance their learning and development
* Assist the class teacher in implementing engaging and differentiated activities to meet individual student needs
* Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to create personalised learning plans for supported students

We specialise in recruiting teaching assistants (TA) who are qualified in the following;
* NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant
* NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
* Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
* CACHE Level 3 in Childcare & Education
* BTEC National Certificate in Childhood Studies (Nursery Nursing)
Qualifications are desirable but not essential

As a teaching assistant you'll be expected to:
* Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head teacher, ALNCO and class teachers

* Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
* Assist class teachers with maintaining student records
* Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills
