The Role – Learning Support Assistant (1:1 SEN)
We are working with a wonderful primary school in Wantage, Oxfordshire that is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in KS1 with additional learning needs. This role requires someone who is patient, adaptable, and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning experience for the child.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children in EYFS/KS1, ideally in a 1:1 SEN role
* Understanding of ADHD, ASD, and additional learning needs
* A Level 3 qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
* A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to learning support
* A passion for helping children reach their full potential
