Pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
This role offers a clear and structured pathway toward becoming a qualified teacher. After gaining valuable classroom experience, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a School-Centered Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) program, where you can achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while continuing to contribute to the school.
