Role Overview:

* Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Teaching Assistant (TA), or Cover Supervisor
* Location: Redhill
* Salary: £85 to £120 per day

As an Aspiring English Teacher, you’ll start by working in a support role—whether as an LSA, TA, or Cover Supervisor—helping students engage with English literature and language. This position is ideal for recent graduates in English or related fields who want to make a positive impact in education while gaining hands-on classroom experience.

Pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

This role serves as an excellent pathway toward a teaching career. After building experience and essential classroom skills, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to advance to a SCITT (School-Centered Initial Teacher Training) program, which allows you to earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while continuing to work within the school.
