A well-regarded primary school in Bristol is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant – Behaviour Support (Mental Health TA) to join them as soon as possible. Role Overview

* Work 1:1 with pupils who require additional support as a SEN Teaching Assistant – Behaviour Support (Mental Health TA)

Candidate Requirements

* A degree (2:2 or above) is desirable
* Previous experience working with children in any capacity (e.g. youth work, support work, SEN in sport, mental health support)
* Strong behaviour management skills – any restraint training is a bonus
* A proactive, confident, and compassionate approach
