As a Classroom Assistant you will work alongside experienced teachers to support students in their leaning journey, providing both emotional and academic guidance. You will help create a positive and engaging classroom environment where all children have the opportunity to thrive. Whether it is assisting with lessons, supporting individual students, encouraging participation in lessons. Your role will be essential in helping students develop the skills and confidence they need for future success.

* Clear DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children thrive and learn. Experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, working in a nursery, childcare, supporting children with special educational needs, or any other related experience in a classroom setting is desirable, but not essential for a Classroom Assistant.
