Ideal Qualifications for This Teaching Assistant Role:
* Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
* Higher-level Teaching Assistant qualifications (such as HLTA) are desirable
* Experience in supporting children with SEND would be an advantage, but not essential
