The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
* Has a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Demonstrates a genuine passion for children’s well-being and safeguarding
* Brings enthusiasm, warmth, energy, and a good sense of humour
* Possesses excellent behaviour management, organisational, and communication skills
* Sets high expectations for pupils and actively participates in the wider school community
