Are you an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for a new challenge in a supportive and progressive environment? A local Oxford Nursery (Early Years Centre) is expanding our team and seeking a dedicated practitioner who is passionate about Early Years education and committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for children.

This Oxford role is ideal for a skilled Early Years professional who thrives in an EYFS-focused setting and is keen to take on additional responsibilities, including potential progression into managerial roles.

Your Nursery Practitioner Role:

* Lead Engaging Learning Experiences – Plan and deliver high-quality activities aligned with the EYFS framework to support children's holistic development.
* Be a Key Person – Build strong relationships with children and families, tracking and supporting individual development.
* Maintain a Safe & Nurturing Environment – Ensure a secure, stimulating, and inclusive setting where children thrive.

What We’re Looking For a Nursery Practitioner:

✔ Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience working with children under 5, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
✔ A passion for child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire others.
✔ A clear Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Hours & Benefits:

⏰ Standard hours: 08:30am – 3:30pm
⏳ Additional hours available: 08:00am – 17:00pm
