The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of regular teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include supervising students, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring the continuation of planned lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students and maintain classroom discipline in accordance with school policies.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure a smooth continuation of learning.
* Support students with their learning, providing assistance when necessary.
* Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
* Communicate effectively with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure consistency and continuity in student learning.
