Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a passion for education, a commitment to supporting the holistic development of our pupils, and the ability to inspire a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential
* Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of partnership and continuous improvement
* Participate in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience of our pupils
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in a challenging environment
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
