** £30,000-£46,525 per year + SEN allowance

Responsibilities:
* Innovative Lesson Planning: Craft engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
* Student Empowerment: Foster a nurturing environment where students feel valued and motivated to achieve their full potential.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to develop holistic strategies that support student well-being and academic success.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for the role of SEMH Teacher.
* Experience in SEMH: Proven track record of working with SEMH students.
* Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs.
