Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
* Experience within a primary setting as a Teaching Assistant.
* Ability to provide support in classroom activities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant.
* Assist in implementing positive learning within Primary pupils.
* Provide one-on-one support to students as and when needed.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback when needed.
* Provide the class teacher with support within the general classroom.
