Job Description:
Academics are currently seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school located in Westminster. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process, helping to create a stimulating and inclusive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
* Support individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
* Assist with the planning, preparation, and organization of learning activities.
* Provide support for students with special educational needs or disabilities, ensuring their inclusion and participation in all aspects of school life.
* Contribute to the creation of a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and contribute to the development of individual learning plans.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Teaching Assistant.
* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable.
* A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
