Key responsibilities include:
* Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, both in the classroom and during structured activities
* Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies
* Supporting students with sensory, communication, or behavioral difficulties, ensuring their needs are met effectively
* Collaborating with teachers to adapt lesson materials and activities to suit the needs of individual students
* Promoting inclusivity and positive peer interactions, fostering a sense of belonging and acceptance among all students
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential
* Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools) would be advantageous
