We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to a wonderful school in Strood, Kent.

The school is situated on the outskirts of Strood, a culturally rich and diverse area of Medway. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and educating our pupils. You will deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student body, while fostering a love for learning and promoting a positive classroom environment. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the wider community is integral to our ethos, and we encourage innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum, ensuring differentiation to meet the needs of all learners
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected
* Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community
* Establish positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular communication regarding pupil progress and well-being

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in a diverse urban setting
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
* Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils
