🏫 Join Our Team: School Administrator Wanted in Worksop! 🌟

Are you passionate about education and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment? We are seeking a dynamic and organized School Administrator to become an integral part of our client's educational team.

This temporary post is due to commence as soon as possible.

The role is a job-share opportunity working three days per week between 8.30am to 4.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Administrative Excellence: Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the school.
2 Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and students, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
3 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance, and other administrative documents.
4 Event Coordination: Coordinate and support school events, meetings, and activities, promoting a sense of community within the school.
5 Resource Management: Manage school resources efficiently, including budget oversight, supplies, and facilities.
6 Compliance: Ensure adherence to educational regulations and policies, staying informed about changes and updates in the education sector.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in school administration or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with educational regulations and compliance.
* Experience using systems such as Scholarpack or SIMS is also beneficial.
