As a Health and Social Care Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to inspire and educate their students in a subject that is relevant to their future careers and personal lives. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:

* Delivering engaging lessons on various aspects of health and social care, including topics such as health promotion, human development and social diversity.
* Planning and organising course content, assessments and resources to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Providing feedback and guidance to students, assisting them in their academic progress and personal development.
* Assessing and grading student work, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their growth and improvement.
* Collaborating with colleagues to continuously enhance the curriculum, develop new teaching materials and implement best practices.
* Engaging in professional development opportunities to stay current with developments in the field of health and social care.

To be considered for this Health and Social Care Teacher position, the following qualifications and attributes are required:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Health and Social Care or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care at the secondary level.
* A deep understanding of the UK curriculum and assessment requirements for Health and Social Care.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics.
