Early Years Teacher - Hertford

Are you enthusiastic about fostering the growth of young minds and laying the groundwork for lifelong learning? We are in search of a committed Early Years Teacher to join our wonderful school and contribute to the development of our little learners. This role offers the chance to be part of a welcoming and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and flourish at their own pace.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of children. Your responsibilities will involve designing and implementing engaging curriculum activities that foster holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Your creativity, dedication, and passion will serve to inspire young minds and cultivate a positive learning atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
* Forge strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration.
* Conduct ongoing assessments to track individual progress and tailor instruction to meet the unique needs of each child.
* Establish a safe and inclusive space where children feel empowered to express themselves and develop vital social skills.
* Provide guidance and support to promote children's emotional well-being as they navigate early childhood experiences.
* Collaborate with fellow team members to organize special events, outings, and projects that enhance the learning journey.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience working with young children in an educational setting.
* Profound understanding of child development theories, pedagogical approaches, and EYFS curriculum standards.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Valid DBS clearance and relevant safeguarding training.
