Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) in accordance with the national curriculum.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment in Farnham where every child can thrive.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
* Adhere to school policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Possession of a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the Update Service is preferred. However, candidates without a current DBS are welcome to apply, with the willingness to undergo the application process.
* Experience working with children in a Primary School setting is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptability and a positive attitude towards flexible working arrangements.
