Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support to achieve their educational goals. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that every student receives the assistance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs or disabilities.
* Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior plans.
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
* Foster independence and encourage the development of essential skills.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive learning environment.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with special educational needs, is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are desirable but not essential.
