Requirements: 🔸 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 🔸 Experience working with students with SEN in a secondary school setting. 🔸 Strong understanding of different SEN needs and effective teaching strategies. 🔸 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
