Requirements of a +16 SEND Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities
* Ability to provide support in classroom activities and individualized learning programs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities of a +16 SEND Teaching Assistant.
* Assist in implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEND
* Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SEND Coordinator
