Job Description:

We are seeking an outstanding Teacher of Mathematics who shares our enthusiasm and ambition to maintain and further enhance the standards of excellence within our Mathematics faculty. The ideal candidate will be committed to upholding high professional and academic standards, continuously updating their subject knowledge and pedagogical techniques. Moreover, they should be dedicated to fostering effective teamwork within the faculty.

Requirements:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Mathematics and its instruction
* Exhibit professionalism consistently
* Possess experience and evidence of making a positive impact in similar roles
* Be dedicated to the safeguarding of children
* Have a strong belief in engaging, challenging, and independent learning
* Demonstrate initiative, multitasking ability, and skill development
* Exhibit patience, flexibility, and a sense of humour
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders
* Be willing to undertake Continuing Professional Development and Learning (CPDL)
* Naturally embody the Trust’s core behaviours: transparency, kindness, respect, and tenacity
