We are recruiting in Hammersmith and Fulham for a PPA Teacher on a full time basis, within an Oustanding OFSTED rated primary school.

As the PPA Teacher you will be providing additional cover throughout the day covering various year groups and subjects.

If you specialise in any of the foundation subjects you may be able to teach these!

Position: PPA Teacher

Location: Hammersmith and Fulham

Start date: ASAP after Easter

Your daily responsibilities as PPA Teacher:

* Delivering high-quality lessons across different key stages and subjects, maintaining a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborating with class teachers to ensure a smooth transition during PPA periods, utilizing comprehensive planning and resources.
* Assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing individualised feedback and support to promote continuous improvement.
* Implementing effective behaviour management strategies, fostering a positive and respectful classroom environment.
* Working closely with the school's leadership team and colleagues, participating in regular staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements for a PPA Teacher:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with relevant experience in primary education.
* A thorough understanding of the national curriculum, including effective teaching techniques and assessment strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, enabling efficient planning and delivery of lessons.
* A positive and flexible attitude towards working in a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the school's vision.
