About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) proficient in both French and Spanish to join our thriving faculty. This role presents an opportunity for either experienced educators or those embarking on their teaching journey (ECTs) to contribute to our dynamic academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and Spanish, catering to the diverse needs of our students.
* Foster a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the MFL curriculum in alignment with national standards and school objectives.
* Establish rapport with students based on mutual respect, empathy, and understanding.
* Collaborate with colleagues within the MFL faculty and across departments to share best practices and resources.
* Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and embrace the school's commitment to staff well-being and work-life balance.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently undergoing Initial Teacher Training (ITT) with a focus on MFL.
* Proficiency in both French and Spanish languages, with a deep understanding of linguistic concepts and cultural nuances.
* Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire and support young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
* Commitment to continuous professional growth and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
