* Can utilise innovative teaching methods to help students achieve their true potential
* Is a great collaborator, and can work well with other colleagues in the Science department to support the students in the best way
* Truly passionate about all things Chemistry and passing on your wisdom
* Experienced teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 is desirable not essential)
* QTS certified
