SEN Teaching Assistant.
Academics are currently working closely with a lovely Primary school, the school are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant specializing in earning difficulties. The position would be providing 1:1 support , the student requiring support in and out of the classroom. As a SEN Teaching Assistant specializing in learning difficulties we are looking for a candidate with an understanding of mental health specialising in learning difficulties, the right candidate will be resilient, nurturing and empathetic. The candidate will need to be experienced within learning difficulties and know how to provide the appropriate support academically as well as the emotional support that accompanies academic progression. The successful candidate will be calm, approachable and experienced within the mental health sector.
SEN Teaching Assistant.
* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant with a background in learning difficulties or Similar.
* Able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication skills
* Promote happiness, self-reliance and encourage positive interactions
* Have a good understanding of Mathematics and English.
* Knowledge of the UK curriculum to help develop student progress.
