We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school located in Bentley, Doncaster. This exciting opportunity is set to commence on the 15th of April and will conclude on the 22nd of July. As a vital member of our team, you will be dedicated to providing essential support to students with additional needs, fostering their development and ensuring they receive the best possible education.

Role Details

Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Location: Bentley, Doncaster

Start Date: 15th April

End Date: 22nd July

Contract: Part-time (2 days per week - Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Rate of Pay: £170 - £200 per week

Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs, assisting them in their learning and development.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments.
* Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and support strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and self-esteem.
* Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with young learners, particularly those with additional needs, is desirable.
* A compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine passion for supporting children's education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are advantageous.
