Substitute Teacher - Crewe
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Substitute Teacher to join our team in Crewe, Cheshire. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education by covering for absent teachers across various subjects and grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success and well-being.
* Manage classroom behavior and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
* Support students with their learning and provide assistance as needed.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a teacher or substitute teacher is preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
