Well if this sounds like you we have an incredible opportunity at one of our SEND partner schools based in Southend. They are looking for a KS2/KS3 teacher to join their new team that they are building for pupils with additional needs, are you wanting to join a great team of people within a supportive, values-led organisation? Then keep reading.

As a SEND Teacher you will be expected to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for a variety of pupils with varied abilities and needs, this will be a fun role where no day is the same. You will want to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, celebrating each student's individual work and ensure students' physical well-being, implementing appropriate therapies, and overseeing support provided by learning support assistants.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education.
* Specialization or experience in Special Education or working with students with diverse learning needs.
* Strong understanding of Individual Education Plans and the ability to implement tailored strategies for each student.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
