Key Responsibilities of A Learning Support Assistant:
* Collaborate with lead teachers to support classroom instruction and activities.
* Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who may require extra help.
* Assist in preparing classroom materials and maintaining an organized learning environment.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and creativity.
* Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and respectful space for all students.
* Support students during special projects, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress.
What Are The Requirements of a Learning Support Assistant?
* A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Patience and the ability to work well with students of different ages and abilities.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
