We're excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. As a crucial member of our inclusive learning environment, you'll play a key role in supporting the unique needs of students with special educational requirements.

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

* Provide one-on-one assistance to students with special educational needs, tailoring support to their unique learning styles and requirements.
* Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere, ensuring that all students have equal opportunities to participate and succeed.
* Assist in the creation and adaptation of teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of students, fostering an environment that encourages active learning.
* Observe and monitor the progress of students, promptly reporting any concerns or developments to the teaching staff to ensure timely intervention.
* Offer emotional and social support, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and confidence of students with special educational needs.

Requirements needed to become a Teaching Assistant:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the diverse needs of students.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
