As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students overcome challenges, celebrate successes, and build the foundation for a bright future.

Key Responsibilities for A Learning Support Assistant:

* Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure each student's progress and growth.
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
* Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and specialists to create a holistic learning experience.
* Celebrate each student's achievements, no matter how big or small, and provide encouragement every step of the way.

What Is Required For The Role Of Learning Support Assistant?

* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
